1. The Service

Testimo provides a reputation management platform designed to help businesses collect and manage customer feedback.

2. Subscription and Billing

Access to Testimo is provided on a subscription basis at $49 AUD per month. We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. A valid credit card is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial period expires.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Testimo, you agree to:

• Not use the platform to send unsolicited communications (spam).
• Not generate or facilitate the posting of fake reviews.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding electronic communications.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to engaging in spam or generating fake reviews, without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testimo and Digest Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
