Testimo exposes an MCP integration. A compatible AI client can use the Testimo account you connect, including that business's review data and the review workflow tools available on the account.

The Job-to-Review Assistant is a conversational way to access review statistics, recent feedback, customer records and review-request functionality from the Testimo account you connect.
The assistant is published. You connect your own Testimo account. The bot does not include the creator's connection. The connector's marketplace submission is still under review.
Documented setup
Claude on the web and Claude Desktop can be connected by adding Testimo yourself. This is not a marketplace install.
In Claude, open Settings → Integrations at https://claude.ai/settings/integrations, add an integration, and use https://app.testimo.com.au/api/mcp. Then authorise your own Testimo account.

ChatGPT pageEach person connects the Testimo account they are allowed to use. A shared assistant does not include the creator's account, credentials or connection.
From that account, a connected assistant can retrieve review statistics, recent feedback and recent customer records, and it can start a review request. Starting a request sends a real email or SMS through Testimo. It does not mean the customer has left a review.

Create the account first. After that, connect it in the assistant you use. Signup does not add the connector for you.
