Google Business Profile management
Reply to Google reviews from Testimo, instead of copying a draft into Google. Update hours, description, and photos, and post updates or offers, without leaving the app.

We're working out the right shape. Not a commitment to ship yet.

Native job-management integrations
We're looking at connecting to tools like ServiceM8 so a completed job can trigger a review request automatically. The aim is to skip BCC and manual contact entry for businesses already running jobs in those tools.
Multiple Customer Flow templates
One flow currently applies to every review request. We're exploring templates so a quick callout and a full project can ask different questions and run different blocks.
