1. Operated By

The Testimo service is operated by Digest Media.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Name and contact details (email address, mobile phone number)
• Business details
• Usage data relating to how you interact with our platform
• Customer names, email addresses, and mobile numbers associated with review requests
• Review ratings, review feedback, dates of reviews and review requests, and the last service date stored for a customer

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Sending review requests to your customers via email and SMS on your behalf
• Managing billing and subscriptions
• Improving the product and user experience

4. AI Assistants and Connected Services

Connecting an AI assistant is voluntary. If you choose to connect your Testimo account to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, the connected assistant may access information from the Testimo business you authorise, in order to carry out requests you make.

That access is limited to the Testimo business you have authorised. The assistant cannot access another Testimo account's business through that connection.

Depending on your request, this may include:

• Testimo review and request statistics, including review and request counts, response rate, Google click counts, and SMS usage
• The average rating recorded in Testimo. This is the average of star ratings recorded in Testimo. It is not the Google Business Profile rating
• Customer names, star ratings, review and feedback text, and review or request dates
• Customer last service dates
• Customer email addresses and mobile numbers, only when needed to send a review request

The connection does not provide access to passwords, Stripe information, Google login credentials, or other unrelated account credentials.

When you ask Testimo to send a review request through a connected assistant, the relevant customer contact details are used to carry out that request. Sending a review request can result in a real email or SMS being sent.

You can revoke a connected assistant's access from Settings → API → Connected Apps.

ChatGPT and Claude are third-party AI assistant services. After information is provided to a connected assistant, that service handles it under its own privacy policy. See the ChatGPT privacy policy and the Claude privacy policy.

5. Third-Party Services

We share your data with trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform effectively:

• Supabase: For database hosting and management
• Stripe: For secure payment processing and billing
• Resend: For delivering email notifications and review requests
• Twilio: For delivering SMS review requests

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to close your account, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
