## The Customer Flow Engine

Testimo's core product is the Customer Flow Engine. After every review request, customers can complete optional Flow Blocks:

- Google Review Block: every customer receives a direct link to leave a Google review
- Referral Block: happy customers refer a friend
- Photo Upload Block: customers share a photo of the finished job
- Testimonial Block: customers write a testimonial for the business website
- Mailing List Block: customers opt in to receive offers and updates
- Reward Block: businesses thank customers with a discount or offer. Each reward has a unique redemption code staff can verify
- Custom Question Block: businesses ask one free-text question
- Case Study Block: up to 8 custom project questions collected at review time, distinct from the Case Study Generator which writes the story afterwards

Each block creates a customer asset the business can act on immediately. One flow applies to all review requests.
